Mona Zhang, CFA

Founder | Managing Partner | Portfolio Manager

Mona Zhang is the founder and Managing Partner of Trunity Partners. She brings over 15 years of global investment experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to help clients build lasting wealth.

Her approach blends disciplined investment research with real-world business insights, shaped by years of managing portfolios and running Trunity as an entrepreneur. Mona believes investing is about understanding businesses beyond the numbers — focusing on leadership, culture, and long-term value creation.

She works closely with private clients and families, and is passionate about mentorship through her role as a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto and as the founder of the Trunity Hexagon Program.

Mona holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and is a CFA charterholder.

Edison Long

Research Analyst | Partner

Edison brings over 7 years of global equity investment experience to his role as a Partner and Equity Research Analyst at Trunity Partners Ltd., based in Toronto, Canada.

Previously, he served as Head of Research at CR Assets, where he specialized in macroeconomic analysis. Prior to that, he was an Investment Manager at Capital Today, co-managing a US$5 billion private equity fund. He also spent four years as an Equity Analyst at Golden Pine Asset Management, focusing on hedge fund strategies.



Edison holds a Master of Finance degree from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and a Master’s in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is an Affiliate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
