Trunity Hexagon Program
Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower interns or junior staff with the knowledge, skills, and network necessary to excel in the global business world, through intensive training and real-life practice.
Learning & Training
Structured learning modules include macroeconomics, financial modeling (especially DCF), and the Trunity Hexagon investment framework. Learning is hands-on, with real case studies and practical skill-building.
Responsibility & Research
Interns take ownership of real investment tasks—tracking macroeconomic trends, analyzing industries, and producing company-level research. They learn to write professional-grade reports and engage in management and expert interviews.
Participation in Real Workflows
Interns sit in on research meetings, attend expert interviews, and participate in client webinars and portfolio reviews. This immersive exposure bridges the gap between theory and real-world practice.
Mentorship
Each intern is paired with a Trunity investment professional for weekly 1-on-1 mentorship. The focus is on developing business judgment, analytical thinking, and professional growth with regular performance feedback.
Career Development
Trunity provides career workshops, resume feedback, mock interviews, and letters of recommendation. Interns also gain access to networking sessions with seasoned professionals and alumni across the investment industry.
Community Service
Trunity encourages interns to design and lead their own community projects—such as youth financial literacy workshops or seminars for seniors—making social impact a core part of the experience.
