Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful High-Net-Worth Client Relations Specialist to expand our client base, nurture relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to potential and current high-net-worth investors. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and engaging affluent clients, maintaining ongoing communication, and organizing client-facing forums and events that reinforce our firm’s value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and acquire new high-net-worth individuals and families interested in long-term public equity investment opportunities.
- Leverage existing networks and develop new pipelines to attract and connect with prospective clients.
- Communication & Coordination
- Maintain regular contact with clients to share relevant fund updates, market overviews, and any other pertinent information provided by our analysts or portfolio managers.
- Keep meticulous records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback for continuous service improvement.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for both existing and potential high-net-worth clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to deepen client relationships over time.
Event & Forum Organization
- Plan and execute investor forums, seminars, and networking events to showcase our firm’s strategies and market perspectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare relevant content, coordinate logistics, and follow up with participants after events.
Conversion & Onboarding
- Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to become active investors in our fund.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and investment profiles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree or MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management, preferably with high-net-worth or institutional clients.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and capital markets (familiarity with the US equities market is highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; experience in planning or hosting events is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
